What I got for Christmas

I'm going to cling onto the last bit of Christmas in today's blog post and share a few of the things I got for ChristmasI always end up with very random (and much appreciated) gifts for Christmas, I think there's something about us creative folk, if you buy us anything a bit unusual that we can write in, read or use to organise our chaotic brains with, we'll love it.

Firstly, bowls that stack perfectly together, in a perfect rainbow colour scheme... Possibly the most satisfying thing I've seen in my kitchen - Ever.

I'm thinking of using my recently acquired chalk painting skills to paint the interlocking wooden stag head I got. It's going to look very cool in my office next to my ceramic elephant trophy head and the ceramic lion trophy head - Don't ask.

I got 2 books for Christmas, 'How to be a Graphic Designer without losing your soul', which frankly I think it may be a little late for me, and 'The life-changing magic of tidying up'. I've heard a lot about this book by Marie Kondo and there's some real mixed opinions online of her methods but there's 5 years of 'stuff' in the office which will be the first test of whether Marie's methods truly work.
